Why should we exercise?
We all know the statistics: people who take time to regularly exercise enjoy better health and are likely to live longer.
But it also improves your mental and emotional health. Hormones that are released into the brain can also help you deal with stress in your life.
So the health benefits are many and that’s why we are encouraged to exercise.
So why do so many not do so?
Some feel it is too expensive, they don’t want to join an intimidating gym or they haven’t got time in their busy lives.
Actually the reality is you don’t have to join a gym, you don’t have to spend that much and as little as half an hour of moderate activity every day can do enough to improve your overall health and fitness levels.
